We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in acceptably new condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions for sending the item back.
The purchaser is responsible for the return of shipping cost to the advised facility.
Please do not return items without prior approval — they will not be accepted.
A $50 AUD restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it quickly.

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
